“L&R Construction was borne out of necessity,” said Larry and Ralph. In the early 1990s, the company began its rapid growth through acquisitions and new restaurant development. “We were concerned about the quality of construction work. The dependability and skills of outside tradesmen varied greatly. The quality of work was just too inconsistent.”

With all the effort invested in superior restaurant operations, it was frustrating that the same quality and consistency was not available in facility maintenance or new construction. “The only way to do it right was to start a construction company focused on quality and customer satisfaction. We understood the needs and expectations of a restaurant operator. That’s why L&R Construction was formed,” said the Brothers. “The company really utilizes some of the best tradesman in the business. In many ways, they are like artists. There is a pride in their work and it shows.”
